With a foundation in Natural Science, Allied Health, and Social and Behavioral Science, I have tailored my approach to fitness and wellness as a Certified NASM Personal Trainer.

Drawing on my certifications in various yoga disciplines, including 200 hr vinyasa YTT and 200 hr hot YTT, as well as being TruFusion HotBarre certified, I incorporate elements of mindfulness and strength training into my programs.

I am also a certified Stages indoor power cycle and rhythm cycle instructor, allowing me to provide high-intensity cardio workouts that challenge and motivate my clients.

By combining my diverse educational background with specialized training certifications, I offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to personal training, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health and fitness.
